Hiding Updates?

Some Vista updates that I don't want to apply (including Vista language
packs) are showing in my list of available updates. I cannot seem to find
a way to hide these updates, like I used to under XP.

Is there a hidden option to hide these updates?

Right-click on the update and choose "hide"
