A friend has asked me is there a way he can send a
spreadsheet to a client and only display
cells/rows/columns on the worksheet that contain
information. i.e. similar to defining the print area
e.g. if cells a1:r34 contain information, hide rows 35 to
65536 and columns S to IV.
I've tried hiding rows and columns though it is time
consuming to get to the 65000th row!!

Select Row 36(not A36, ROW 36) then SHIFT + END + DownArrow to select from 36
to 65536 in an instant. Then Right-click>Hide.

Same for column S. SHIFT + END + RightArrow.
