hiding the Data used for my drop downlist

Is there a way to hide the data that I use for my drop down list? When
email my packing slip to my supplier I don’t want them to see the data
The only way I can do it now is to highlight the packing slip and clic
send selection or I just made all the data white so you couldn’t see i
but it would print the slip plus a blank sheet. I am attaching th
file.
