1.Make a copy of the Explorer application.
2.Open the copy using VS Studio.
3.Open the Dialogue box with the system properties and delete/modify what
you see fit.
4.Save it.
5.Edit you registry to point to the saved copy of Explorer.
6.Reboot.
*You might want to check with MS first, they might not like you doing this.
