hiding the column and row heading

How do I hide the column and row heading in a excel worksheet??

(I dont want to see A B C D at the the and 1 2 3 4 at the left)

ActiveWindow.DisplayHeadings = False

and few others

ActiveWindow.DisplayHorizontalScrollBar = False
ActiveWindow.DisplayVerticalScrollBar = False
ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = False
ActiveWindow.DisplayGridlines = False
