How do I Hide tabs on the worksheets please?

Greg, tools, options, view, uncheck sheet tabs, or format sheet hide

Using Excel 2002 & 2003
 
Greg, or to hide the sheet in VBA something like

Sheets("Sheet1").Visible = xlHidden or Sheets("Sheet1").Visible =
xlVeryHidden
