Hiding Menu Toolbar

I think I already know the answer to this, but here goes:

Can you hide the "File, Edit, View, etc." Menu Toolbar so that users are
absolutely restricted to operations I place on forms and for appearance.

And while I'm at it, I've heard you can hide your taskbar and the window
title so that Access will display your forms over the entire screen. Did I
hear wrong? If not, how can this be done?

I appreciate any advice/help that you can offer, thanks in advance.

Click 'View' on the menu bar, point to 'Toolbars', click 'Customize' to open
the Customize dialog box, and then click the 'Toolbars' tab. The dialog
lists the existing toolbars and menu bars. Those that are visible are
checked.

That works great if I customize the Menu Bar and check "allow
hiding/showing". Now, any ideas on the coding for this process, so I can
place it in my Start-up Form's Open event?
