hiding excel

I have a large form referencing the data on several sheets. This form shows
the user everything they need, and takes care of all input/edits to the
sheet. Is there a way to make just hide the sheets, and open in such a way
as to just show the form itself?
 
....that's not an option...but yes, that's what I usually work with.
