Hiding Email Address

plz plz plz
I am fed up with viruses
people get my Email address when I send Emails to groups
(How can I hide my E-mail address that no one can know it ?)
(How can I Send a message without showing My E-mail address to the
recipient ?)

You could change it in the properties of your Internet email accounts in
Outlook but then people couldn't reply to you easily.

Are you referring to postings in newsgroups? If so, change the email address
in the properties of the newsgroup account. In Outlook Express it's pretty
easy.
 
You should not respond directly to the poster's e-mail address. Any question
asked in a newsgroup should be answered in a newsgroup in order to help all
concerned.
