Hiding Duplicates in a Form

Is there a way I can hide duplicate values in a form (as in a report) that is
displaying data returned from a query?

In a form displaying data organized by project, displaying only the first
occurrence of the project name would visually group all rows referring to a
project.

I have considered using conditional formatting (as I often do in Excel), but
it's not clear if and how this will work.

I also considered revising the app to open a report, but currently data is
displayed on a tabbed form, and I'd like to keep this format.

Any suggestions will be welcome.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Will,

How about putting the project-specific stuff on the main form (i.e. ID,
name, etc.) and then the project parts on a subform. If that does not make
much sense to you, please provide some additional information such as
pertinant tables and the query you are using to populate the form.

Hi Willi,

Post your projects table structure, and if you have a related table (project
details or whatever), post that too.

If you are use to excel you may be designing your tables like they are
spreadsheets and that really won't work.
