I know how a spreadsheet uses Subtotals along the left margin, however, I saw
another that also had them across the very top. All the +/- boxes seemed to
do is to hide a series of columns. How is this accomplished? I could use
this feature in another spreadsheet but cannot seem to recreate it using
Subtotals.
