Hi,

I am using Outlook from Office 2000 on an XP machine.

I need to send a newsletter on a weekly basis to a group of customers,
however I do not want to share my mailing list with my customers!

I've looked through the help file for Outlook, but I haven't found a
solution.

Please help!

My ideal is to keep a "list" of addresses that I can do a single bulk
send without the cc showing.

(By the way, I do not want to use an "address book" if I can avoid it
because these are such easy targets for viruses and hackers.)

TIA Phil

BCC or Blind Carbon Copy is your answer. End users will not be able to see
other email addresses. You could send yourself the email in the To field
that way you know no one will see anything they shouldn't.

Thank you! I knew it was there somewhere, but I never thought to check
the index for "blind".
