Hiding and un-hiding CSS layers need some pointers

Can someone point me in to some good free tutorials on hiding and un-hiding
CSS layers? I want to offer some lines of text that have those neat drop down
arrows, simuliar to those found in a standard MS help window where the topic
has a little blue arrow infront of it and when clicked on it un-hides the
text underneath.

Anyone have some quick pointers or places I can study more? Am I using the
right terms for what I want?

Folks:

Check this out - a quick and easy way to
get expandible lists. This method solves the problem with FP's collapsible
list code that is NOT FF/NN compatible, and will therefore work in all
browsers.

It uses some CSS, and the FP Change Property behavior.
