Hideing "headers" and "siders"

I remember there was a way to hide the "headers" -"a", "b", "c"'s etc. and
the "siders"-"1", "2", "3"'s etc. I recently got a worksheet with them
hidden and can't for the life of me remember how to unhide them. Does anyone
remember??
