Hide Users from AD Searches

Hello

Does anyone know how you can hide certain OU's of Users or Groups from being listed when I search for Users in Search Active Directory? I have a bunch of disabled users and other accounts that show up when I search for a User

If the user searching does not have read access to the object then it will
not be returned as part of the search results.
So to hide objects from certain users or groups of users is just a
permissioning exercise on those objects in the AD.
