hide toolbar

Hello, I want to be able to hide the toolbar but, only when my forms are open
not when I Shift/open the workbook. I have one database that has this but I
cant figure out how to do it. I just dont want my employees routing around....

Hi

Go to Tools - StartUp - and then deselect the toolbar check box and any
others you don't want available to other users
 
Thanks! Now I have got rid of the menue bar as well by using =1 in the form
properties. How do I get rid of the maximize and ninimize for the form page
thats the only thing left. Thanks!!
