The question this: as a form of hide title, but kept the possibility of
changing its size mouse (ie the style of the "None" would not be
appropriate)?

The only way to do this is to use a borderless form (FormBorderStyle none).
This removes the title bar and the controls.

To maintain the interactions such as dragging with the mouse can be
accomplished by overriding WndProc and responding to the WM_NCHITTEST
message and returning HTCAPTION when you want to move and possibly other
hit-testt notifications when you want to move or size.
