Hide tabs on the ribbon

Is there an easy way to hide the 'Create', 'External Data', 'Database Tools'
and 'acrobat' tabs on the ribbon? I don't want my end users to see these as
it would only confuse them.

Not sure I completely understand your question, but it sounds like you just
want to hide the access window itself. That way it will just show your form.
There are several different people who have shown ways to do this.
type into search "hide access window" Should only take you a minute to find
a good post about it.
