Hide series

A

Andrew Ofthesong

Hi, i have a pivot table with this structure

Period CostA CostB
200301 10.000 15.000
200302 14.000 16.000

But this is feeded from: Period; TypeOfCost; Value (Not from Period; CostA;
CostB). CostA and CostB are values from the field TypeOfCost.

If i do that CostB is represented as a % of diference of CostA, then I have
an empty column (CostA) and a column with porcentages (CostB), and so if i
do a graph, in the legend i have 2 series, but only 1 is visible.

so, how can i hide this serie??

(I cannot just remove it, because that way CostB will no more be calculated
as a diference)

It's not clear exactly what you need. You can delete a series from the
chart without removing the underlying data in the worksheet, where
percentages are computed. You can hide a chart without removing it from
the chart, for example if you want series B to float on an invisible
series A. You can delete a legend entry while retaining the series in
the chart.
