Hide Rows / Columns - complex question

How can I hide rows 21 through 54 and Columns I through BP when the
entire row/column is either 0 or blank between I21 and BP54?

An easy way to do this would be to use the auto filter feature,
Data->Filter->Auto Filter. Then within each filter choose "(NonBlanks)".

I tried that - but it is a rather large spreadsheet. I have to sen
this out to several users who will input data. I want for them and m
to be able to click a toolbar button to make the entire column hide o
the entire row hide if there is a blank or a "0" in all the cells i
that column or row
