Hide Group Header depending on the content

Is there a way to hide a Group Header depending on the content of a text box
in the header?

In the Format event of the Group Header, try setting the report's runtime
properties PrintSection and MoveLayout.

Alternatively, toggle the section's Visible property in that event.
