Hide email addresses

IN windows mail, how do you send multiple addresses with out displaying there
email address. Outlook used to just display the name of the person without
their address showing.
 
Put the addresses in the BCC: field.
If you don't see the BCC: field, in the compose window, click on View - and
select All headers
