hide all email address so other can't see who you are sending to

Either create a distribution list (containing all the recipients) or
place everyone in the BCC field.

Unless the user is connecting to an Exchange server (where the DL is on the
server) or perhaps some other mail server with the same function, a
client-side DL won't hide the addresses from the recipients. It will
auto-expand after sending.
