hide a worksheet tabs

Hi,
Is there an option to hide a worksheets tab? If no, can it be done.

go to tools | options | view tab | uncheck sheets tab | ok

Go the Menu bar, option: Tools
Select "Options", and in "Windows Tools", do undo check in option:
"Row/Column Headers"
