Hidding rows and colums

Is it possable to hide all the cells out side of the part sheet that i use?
 
If you mean that if your working area is let's say A1:H50 then yes you can
hide
I1:IV65535 and A50:H65535 (using Excel 97-2003 specs). Have you tried it?
