Hidden Toolbars

Hi
We use word 2000 and somehow the toolbars got hidden. We
are missing the standard and formatting toolbars. They are
not just hidden. We think someone unchecked them to hide
them. I tried shortcut keys to bring up the memus with no
luck. How can I get the standard and formatting toolbars
back?

In Word 2002 there are two ways. 1) Right-click in the menu or toolbar
region & select the toolsbars you want. 2) Use the menu "View | Toolbars"

Hi Mark

The menu toolbar is totally gone. If I right click the
menu region, it does not bring up any menu options. Is
there a way to reset the word defaults?

Hi Suzanne
I want to rename the Normal.dot file and recreate it when
word opens...but I cannot find where it is located. I
checked under office.
