Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to see hidden rows in a table that is
sent in an email automatically so that you don't have to forward or reply to
the email to see these hidden rows? We were told by the sender that the
information is in the email yet we could only see limited rows. We didn't
realize there was anything there until when we forwarded the email that the
information was there but hidden from the original email received. Any
insight to this would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Aaron

It depends on how they were hidden and on the details of both your
configuration.
I would actually say that the hidden info shouldn't be send to begin with.
What exactly are you trying to achieve by this?

Hi Roady,

Thank you for the response. I just found out that the user used Excel,
applied the autofilter to only pickup the rows that have values and pasted
that into the email. I think the reason for hiding the other info is that
it's only to show what's necessary for us to see - make it cleaner to look
at. It's information that they send to us daily so I think that it is a
template that they use to send their info. Apparently, there was a mistake
and there were some rows that were supposed to be shown and they weren't
shown. It could have been critical info that we missed but fortunately it
wasn't too bad. I was wondering if there was a way for us to automatically
see this expanded view when we got the email. I was very surprised and
confused to see the hidden info after forwarding the email. I wanted to
explore any automated options of unhiding or expanding the view if there were
any. The alternative would be to ask the individual to not hide any of the
rows.

Thank you!
Aaron
