Hidden Rows in Excel 2000

Jane

When I do mail merge and merge names and addresses in
Excel 2000 into Word and print them on Avery labels size
5160 the hidden rows in Excel cause some of the labels to
be blank. I want to hide the rows and print my labels and
end up with 30 printed labels to a page. Right now the
hidden rows show up as a blank label. Can any one help me
with this problem. Thank you very much.

It's been a while since I've used this, but I think I remember there being
an option to surpress blank lines in data fields, or something similar.

I remember it being displayed in the very last window before the labels
print, after you've clicked "Merge" in the "MailMergeHelper"window, and
after the query options have been set.

Wish I could remember more.

You might probably find your answer in David McRitchie's web page on the
subject:
