Hidden Module - Can't upgrade to Access 2003

I am working at a client that is running Access 97. They would like to
upgrade to Access 2003 but all attempts so far have failed. The database
will"compact" and "repair" with no errors. However, any attempt to create an
MDE file fails with the message "Compile error in hidden module XXXXXXX."
Options - View - Hidden Objects and Options - View - System Objects are both
checked. The referenced module does not show up in the Database - Modules
window.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Hit Ctrl-G and then go to Debug, Compile All Modules. That will show you
any errors in your code that you'll need to fix before making the mde.
