The hiberfil.sys cannot be moved, you can disable hibernation to regain
the space occupied by the file.
These are band-aid solutions at best, they will not really solve your
disk space problem. You should invest in a bigger hard drive, or if
your drive is divided into several partitions you should rethink your
partition scheme.
