Hibernation does not work after SP2 installed

I have Asus p4c800 DeLuxe with 512 DDR DIMM. Before I installed SP2
hibernation had worked OK. After SP2 it only works if I press "SLEEP" bottom
on keyboard. But computer does not switch in hibernation mode itself . Of
course I have downloaded latest drevers for my motheboard.

It's unclear what you mean by "But computer does not switch hibernation
mode itself." In any event try some clean boot troubleshooting to see
if it's a service or program causing the problem.
