Hibernate

Does anyone know why when i choose to hibernate the
computer, the process slows down sometimes. The
hibernate screen comes up but it takes 5 minutes to
hibrenate where as the week before it took less than a
minute?
 
I don't know why it happens but I have the same problem
now. The only thing I can think of that has changed on my
computer recently is installing SP2.
