Hi-jacked Browser Solution?

My wife has ended up with IE provided by Yahoo (Has the Yahoo icon in
the upper right-hand corner) through some action she did when using
Yahoo.

Can we get rid of that by d/l and re-installing IE? Or is there another
solution?
