HEY THERE ALL. Is this the proper place for questions about HyperTerminal?

We have HyperTerminal version 5.1 that comes with Windows
XP. We are trying to dial from our Las Vegas dental
office to our El Paso office. When we dial, we get the
positive reassurance of a dial tone and all the static
that you get from a working connection, but just you think
you're about to be golden, it says "No Answer" and
disconnects you. Yesterday morning, it was working. We
have reset our modems here and there, and today, we keep
getting No Answer, followed by a Busy signal if we dial
too soon thereafter.

What could this be? Thanks for your help.

Sorry, this newsgroup is for terminal services. You might
have more luck with your post if you put it into the
networking forums or possibly the hardware forums.
