I've been trying to deliver an important feature suggestion about the
Microsoft PinYin Input method to the relevant developers at Microsoft,
but always failed.
I tried (e-mail address removed).
I tried contacting the lead of the Natural Language Computing Group at
Microsoft Research Asia.
I tried a friend who works at Microsoft ATC, who told me that
"Microsoft does not adopt outsiders' ideas".
I tried posting to relevant newsgroups.
Tell me why!
