refer sheet1.xls and my last post to Tom,which should be enough to kno
what i am trying to do...its a bit tough,infact not a bit but quit
tough...but i am sure that must be some ready made macro for thi
one....hope u cud help me with this.i urgently need it...

I have done this many times. every morning in a time
deleyed macro i do it twice.

Is the data downloaded or entered manually.
Where is the date for sheet 2. without a date, macro will
not know where to put values.
In required format section, dates are not sorted. why?
In required format section, dates are column headers. what
is week1,week2 on the sides?
In required format section, production issues for 7/1

what do the bold quantities mean?
