Hewlett-Packard Office Jet Application

I get a HPOmenu.exe - application error message.. It
follows: Application failed to initilize properly
(0Xc0000142). This happens when I try to open HP on the
desktop and in the programs section. I loaded the HP disk
to try to re-set it up. It won't let me open when I click
on the set-up icon. What is going on and how do I fix it.
I want to open the HP icon to preform maintenance and
other functions.

Uninstall it in Add/Remove Programs - then try reinstalling. Might want to
call HP for support if you still have problems.
