I'm sitting on the fence about this currently. There's a lot it
*doesn't* do:

Additional Information:

* SpamScreener does not currently work with Hotmail or MSN email
accounts.
* SpamScreener will work with Yahoo! Mail Plus email accounts when
used in conjunction with an email client. SpamScreener does not
currently work with standard Yahoo! Mail email accounts.
* SpamScreener will work with Gmail email accounts when used in
conjunction with an email client and special software like eMail2Pop
(www.email2pop.com).
* SpamScreener will work with AOL email accounts when used in
conjunction with an email client and special software like eMail2Pop
(www.email2pop.com).
* SpamScreener does not currently work with webmail email accounts,
unless specified above.
* SpamScreener does not currently work with IMAP email accounts.
* SpamScreener requires access to a standard SMTP server (most ISPs
provide this).

I tried SpamScreener using Outlook Express and then immediately removed it.

This "free" program is limited to one e-mail account and address, unless you
upgrade to the pay version.

After installing it, the program scanned my old emails that had already been
stored and sent out challenges and requests for responses to several of the
people in my address book, even though I set up the program to pre-approve
everyone in my address book. A little embarrassing, to say the least.

Keybored.
