Sure, just install them if they are not presently installed.
Control panel/fonts. When Fonts open you can see all the
installed fonts. The file menu has an "install fonts"
command.

Not under that name unless you buy a copy in TTF or Postscript format
from the owners of the copyright (which would be quite expensive). You
could probably get a Postscript one from Adobe. There are a lot of
'look alikes' starting with Arial
