HelpWriting

I've tried M'soft's HelpWriter to create chm file from some html files and
it works ok but leaves a lot to be desired. For example, I want to insert
links in html files to other html files, I have to create it manually by
inserting the suggested html code into the html file. I want to insert thee
links by pointing and clicking on a page.

Also, when the Table of Contents is created, it only creates links to the
major heading in the html file.

Can anyone suggest a good help authoring tool that does these things? Thanks.

Hm... I used Microsoft HTML Help Workshop and I edited the HTML pages using
FrontPage.

Were you able to set up links in FrontPage between pages and have that link
show up when you compiled the pages to a .chm file with M'soft's Help Writer?
