HELPCTR.EXE cannot be found, because...

I made a goofy error, used a 3rd party uninstall manager, and uninstalled
the entry "PCHEALTH". Now Help and Support Center won't boot. I tried
using System File Checker and made it scan my system. But this is an OEM
version of Windows XP (preloaded on my system) and the freaking thing asks
me to insert my WinXP CD. I don't have one.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, WITHOUT reloading?

Suggestions anyone? I think it must be some registry key that needs to be
restored, but don't know which one. What is PCHEAlTH anyway?

OK, I found a way to get the link to HELPCTR.EXE working, but now
launching HELPCTR.EXE does nothing. Somebody please help and stop ignoring
this message :(

OK I guess reloading is the only solution. Hoping someone had given me
advice before doing this, sheesh... (what kind of support is this)
