Hello,
We are getting many pc's in our office being hit with this spyware. We have
tried all the latest spyware programs including hijack this, ad-aware,
Microsoft beta, cwshedder, search and destroy, etc. We have booted the
machines in safe mode, deleted all the files on c drive and in registry we
have been told may be assoicated with it, removed programs as well. The
help4search keeps coming back

Has anyone been able remove this?

One program you have not mentioned is Spyware Doctor, which you can get
through Google. If you use the free download, you can identify spyware, but
you have to pay for the proram if you want it to eliminate the spyware. I
have found it quite good. If you do use it to identify spyware I should be
most obliged if you would reply to tell me how it worked for you.
