Help!

I seem to be having the same problem! I cant sign into
msn..ive tried windows messenger; there it says i have a
kids passport and cant sign in. ive tried msn messenger;
there is says msn messenger says that sign in failed
because account permissions could not be verified
81000359. and the web based msn starts to sign in and
then asks me for my password again! ive tried
uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt help! can
anyone help me please!!

if you have a firewall your msn messenger is probably
blocked, just unblock and restart your computer.
