HELP!!!!!!!!!!

My computer will not let me connect to Windows Messenger.
it says that it is "unable to connect". The same thing
happens when i try to use yahoo messenger and AIM. Also,
programs are not able to do online updates. PLEASE HELP!!!

Since this is happening to a large majority of programs, you might want to contact your
Internet Service Provider. However, among a multitude of answers for this, this issue could
occur if you have some type of firewall software installed, like ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet
Security, etc. You may want to try uninstalling it (from the Add or Remove Programs in the
Control Panel, see your Start button).
