When I run "Northon Disk Doctor" I get the following
message: "The ActiveX/Com section of your Windows
Registry contains one or more invalid entries. This can
cause documents to open improperly, applications not to
run, or your computer crash".
What do I do to fix this problem?

Just don't use "Northon Disk Doctor". I am serious.
Don’t fix something that’s ain’t broken. :)

iolo software's System Mechanic is pretty good about
finding invalid registry entries and removing them. It is
free to use for a 30 day trial period. It backs up your
registry before making the changes. I'd be very careful
about using other features in the program unless you are
experienced because you could totally mess up. Especially
in removing duplicate files.

Why do you think it's a problem? Nortons witch doctor is famous for
reporting "problems" that aren't real to justify it's cost to its
victoms.

One has to light 3 candles first, take off your shirt and pants, and
drink some green tea to get started.
