Vista's Windows Mail does not allow for web based mail accounts. However, I
believe that Windows Live Mail does allow for this. Do a search on Windows
Live Mail for more info..
 
Windows Live Mail can only access MS webmail accounts (Hotmail, Live, MSN).
In addition to POP3 and IMAP.

It will do GMail and AOL too, but I notice that Yahoo has to be a premium
account.. interesting..
