How to write the formula?
I have been banging my head against the wall for a few days trying to figure this out.....
In each column I am totalling the amounts using SUM...
I want the total column to not count a cell when I turn it yellow. This could be a different cell each month or even numerous ones throughout the month.
The concept is to track training times and then when my employee gets a skill check on that position to not count that time against the training times.
It is just an easy way to see that I have given the employee their monthly skill check by making it yellow.
Any help would be great!!!
