What country are you from?

By your post, I think that the translation was misinterpreted. Do you mean
Microsoft FrontPage? If so, probably not, as this is something that you
usually have to pay for, unless it was part of the package when you bought
your computer.

I can't tell from here but if you mean Frontpage it will only be
installed if you have installed it.
 
If you have installed Microsoft FrontPage, then you have it.
Might not be compatible with Vista.
FrontPage is not a part of Vista.
 
If you mean "Frontpage" it is not a default program with a computer - must
be purchased.
