HELP!!!

Hello. I am new to this whole windows mail thing. I go to the University of
Phoenix and with that school you have to download newsgroups to interact
with peers. I tried to open newsgroup(s) with windows mail and a message
appears that says:

Unable to switch to the newsgroup .... on the server ........
480 authication needed.

I don't understand this and I need to be able to interact with my peers. On
outlook after I downloaded them, I could just click on a newsgroup and begin
reading/sending messages.

Is there anyone who can help me, please???

Thanks!

You have to have the password for the server to access the newsgroups.

You won't find that here.

All I want to do is download my old outlook address book. Windows Vista
refuses to acknowledge it exists. I am so frustrated, I could cry.

Export it from Outlook as a CSV file.
