Yes, that will certainly work and there are many optional ways to launch
Control Panel and other functions in XP, but you didn't specify that or
any other option in your initial reply. My point was that you wrote
"Start\Run\Control Panel\taskbar..." and with the Start button missing,
how could one do that? I'm not meaning to criticize in a negative
manner, just keep to accuracy and hopefully to enlighten others. Some of
these folks don't have a clue about all the different ways to get
somewhere in Windows. For that mater, I learn a new trick almost
everyday.

In fact, you just taught me one. I don't use WinKey often,
but it's nice to know it does more than just switch between apps.
Thank you for replying and pointing out another avenue to get to the
same end.
